Dancer Trainer, Stretch Specialist, and Choreographer

Hi, I’m Sydnie — creator of Performer Fitness.

I’ve spent 15+ years teaching dancers and training performers to move stronger, feel better, and perform at a higher level. I believe dancers are elite athletes who deserve the same level of intentional training as any sport. Cross-training isn’t optional—it’s essential for strength, longevity, and peak performance.

I combine:

As a dance trainer, stretch specialist, and choreographer with a background in competitive dance, PBT, and acrobatics, I’ve dedicated my career to helping performer athletes unlock their full potential.
